State records distinguish nine districts, from Petaling and Klang to Kuala Selangor and Sabak Bernam. Within them are cities, townships, industrial areas and kampung addresses that cannot share one price or timing assumption. Start with the recipient’s actual town or development and postcode. A broad “Selangor” address removes the information needed to distinguish an urban condominium in Petaling Jaya from a home in Sekinchan, Sungai Besar or another outer locality.
Choose the Most Specific Service-Area Page
Use the page that matches the formal address: Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Klang, Kajang, Puchong, Rawang or another supported locality. Each page records the relevant postcode, current checkout context and its dominant receiving issue. Some areas have several configured postcodes; others require route confirmation before any price can be quoted. Do not select a nearby town because it displays a cheaper fee. The written town, postcode and pin must describe the same destination.
Urban and Outer Routes Need Different Plans
An urban office or condominium may be close to TTDI but still require reception, security and a named receiver. A longer district route depends more heavily on advance notice, recipient availability and an address that will not change. For kampung or lot-based properties, retain every locality, road, batu marker or lot detail supplied. For factories, campuses and venues, add the approved visitor gate and operating hours. Distance never makes a landmark sufficient by itself.
Give the Occasion a Stable Handover
Birthdays, anniversaries, new babies and congratulations often work best at a home where another resident can help. Promotions, graduations and openings may suit a workplace when a colleague agrees to receive before closing. Choose a bouquet for somebody travelling onward or a self-contained arrangement for a home or office that can display it. The useful choice is the one that fits both the occasion and the confirmed route, not merely the nearest map result.

Confirm Longer or Unclear Requests Early
The normal same-day request cutoff is 5pm, subject to arrangement and route availability, but longer routes need more notice and may not be available that day. Standard checkout does not guarantee an exact arrival time.
