Same-Day Delivery
Same-day orders must be placed and paid for by 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm move to next-day delivery instead. We're unable to accommodate specific delivery time slot requests for same-day delivery, to keep things fair and efficient for all our customers.
Advance Orders
We deliver every day, 9am to 5pm. During peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery windows may be adjusted and we may be unable to accommodate specific time-slot requests — we'll let you know in advance if this affects your order.
To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postal code and contact number of the intended recipient, together with your contact number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
Please note that it is your full responsibility to ensure the recipient will be at the provided address to receive the product during the intended delivery date.
If the recipient may not be home to receive them, we recommend that you have the product delivered to their workplace instead.
Our delivery areas are physical addresses within Kuala Lumpur, and selected areas in Selangor. We do not deliver to other states at this moment to ensure that our products are at their best conditions. Under standard delivery procedure, we are unable to deliver any product addressed to a PO Box.
Please be aware that the delivery person will deliver the product to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address or if the recipient refuses or fails to return the product. If the recipient fails to make contact with us or the delivery person in good time, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to either the same address or an alternative address.
We do not guarantee the delivery to be on time and we shall not be held liable for any failure to perform in our obligations whereby such failure is a result of natural phenomena (severe weather conditions and natural disasters such as heavy rain, storm, flood etc.).
Special Instructions
We will try our best to accommodate special instructions, but are unable to promise time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and to maintain the efficiency in our operations. Kindly refrain from including unusual requests such as preferring a specific gender for the delivery person, taking a photo/video of the recipient receiving the product, or singing a birthday song upon delivery.
