One Kampung Baru Contains Seven Kampungs
Perbadanan Pembangunan Kampong Bharu identifies seven villages inside the Malay Agricultural Settlement: Kampung Atas A, Atas B, Masjid, Pindah, Paya, Hujung Pasir and Periok. That internal structure makes the broad locality name insufficient for a flower delivery. Preserve the recipient’s named kampung, road, lane, lot or building and postcode. A nearby mosque, restaurant or skyline view may help with orientation, but it cannot replace the property where someone will receive the arrangement.
Kampong Bharu and Kampung Baru Can Both Appear
The development corporation uses the official spelling “Kampong Bharu,” while customers and addresses often use “Kampung Baru.” The spelling difference alone is not an error, and changing it does not improve the route. What matters is the complete address beneath the locality name. Copy the wording supplied by the resident or business, then retain every road, lot and building detail instead of trying to standardise the address from memory.
Do Not Merge the Adjoining Areas
PKB distinguishes the seven MAS villages from adjoining areas such as Raja Bot and Kampung Sungai Baru. Those names should not be collapsed into one destination because they feel connected to central Kampung Baru. Ask which area appears on the recipient’s current address and use its real postcode. If checkout returns the same RM10 price for nearby codes, that common price still does not make their road and building details interchangeable.
Choose a Receiver for the Occasion
A birthday, engagement, anniversary dinner or congratulations for a new home can move between a residence and a restaurant. Choose the address where one trusted person can receive and protect the flowers. A hand-tied bouquet works well when the recipient will carry it home; a self-contained arrangement may be easier for a host to display during a meal. For an engagement or celebratory meal, decide whether the flowers should arrive before guests or during the gathering. Confirm restaurant acceptance rather than assuming staff will hold a personal surprise.
Lots, Lanes and New Buildings Need Different Notes
For a traditional lot or house, include its number, lane and gate instructions. For an apartment or newer commercial building, include the tower, unit, floor and reception process. A sender who knows the name may still need a separate personal contact, especially when several relatives live nearby. Keep access information in the delivery note and the personal message on the card so neither purpose becomes unclear.
Let the Address Set the Delivery Plan
PKB publishes a Jalan Raja Abdullah address in postcode 50300, which currently shows RM10 delivery. Nearby 50350 and 50400 rows also show RM10, but use them only when they belong to the destination. Same-day requests close at 5pm subject to availability, without an exact-time promise. For a restaurant booking, engagement or gathering, WhatsApp 016-251 6131 before payment and finish the order with the named kampung, complete property and confirmed receiver.
