DBKL recognises Kampung Padang Balang within a traditional-village residential zone in the Gombak Malay Reserve, and the Federal Territories Department places it in Sentul. Those wider labels describe context rather than an exact address. A flower order should retain the recipient’s lot, lorong, house number or accepted property description and postcode. Do not replace those details with “Sentul area” or a main-road landmark simply because the village address looks different from a condominium format.
Keep the Lot and Lorong in the Written Order
Government records demonstrate lot-based addresses in Kampung Padang Balang. Copy every number and suffix exactly, including a named lorong when supplied. If relatives identify the home through a house name, gate colour or nearby junction, use that only as supporting guidance after the formal details. A map pin can help with the final approach, but it should accompany—not erase—the written address and a mobile number for the person receiving the flowers.
