Sri Petaling addresses can contain short combinations of numbers, letters and slashes that are easy to mistype. DBKL places the Sri Petaling Community Centre on Jalan 1/149D and Sri Endah Multipurpose Hall on Jalan S/149B. Those are different roads serving different facilities. Copy the address exactly as supplied, including every letter and slash, then add the building or house number. Writing only “Jalan 149” removes the detail needed to identify the destination.
Plain Road Names Also Belong to Sri Petaling
Not every address follows the coded format. A current DBKL notice uses Jalan Sri Petaling 5 in postcode 57000. This mix makes autocomplete or memory less dependable than the recipient’s written address. Ask the recipient or organiser to send the complete location rather than reconstructing it from a familiar shop, school or station. A map pin can support the formal address, but it should not replace the road name, postcode and unit.
Choose the Address for the Actual Celebration
The group may move between a home, restaurant and community hall on the same day. Send the flowers to the place with the most stable receiver, not automatically to the recipient’s house. A birthday bouquet can reach a relative before dinner; an anniversary arrangement may be accepted by restaurant staff; congratulations for a community event can go to the organiser’s table. Confirm which location applies on the chosen date before completing the card and delivery details.

Do not assume hall staff will identify the correct private booking from the recipient’s name alone, especially when several spaces or sessions are operating.

A commercial-row delivery should include the visible business name, lot or unit and operating hours.
